At My Preferred Insurance & HomeSolutions, we understand that first responders are the backbone of every community, doing a thankless job to keep our friends, neighbors and families safe.
We are committed to shining a spotlight on their invaluable services, and to supporting them through our charitable giving.
But we also like to have some fun with our local friends and families along the way! We are partnering with Union Brothers Brewing, located at 270 Mercer Road, Harmony PA 16037 for some fantastic events this year. We hope you can join us!

The Shindig Music Festival
Friday, August 1— Sunday, August 3
Join us for this summer’s most spectacular party! We have amazing entertainment scheduled, a car show, a vendor fair, kids’ activities, first responder demonstrations, raffle baskets and so much more.
Proceeds benefit local first responders and the Northwood Charitable Foundation.

Giving Tuesday
This fall, we held a food drive in conjunction with our friends at Union Brothers Brewing in Harmony, PA, and collected non-perishable food items for the Southwest PA Food Pantry. We matched the food donation with an additional $500 for the food pantry to purchase even more supplies.
We also donated sets of WeatherTech floor liners to the Zelienople police department for their newly purchased vehicles.
The Shindig Music Festival
The Shindig Music Festival is held the first weekend of August each year at Union Brothers Brewing, as a way of bringing a weekend of family fun and great music for the Harmony, Zelienople, Evans City and surrounding communities. All proceeds benefit local first responders and the Northwood Charitable Foundation.
